Scruffy Dog creates interactive Emmerdale studio experience

Scruffy Dog has created an interactive Emmerdale studio tour experience.

Working alongside ITV and Continuum Attractions, the iconic ITV studio on Burley Road in Leeds has been transformed into a 2,000m sq interactive studio tour experience showcasing the behind the scenes magic that takes place during the making of the much-loved UK TV series, Emmerdale, to create an unforgettable studio experience.

Scruffy Dog’s lead creative director and founder Joe Bright said: “This was a project in which I was able to blend my knowledge of where I started in Film & TV into my passion for attractions.”

The attraction has been split into five zones, each with unique narratives and set-ups for the guests to explore.

As the walk-through tour unfolds, guests will discover how the sets, storylines and characters are born initially on paper and brought to life using state of the art technology and full scale set re-creations.

Guests will even have the chance to have a souvenir photograph taken from behind the bar in the iconic Woolpack pub.

Tours will run seven days a week, from 10am to 5pm and 150,000 visitors are expected to visit the attraction in it’s first calendar year.
